For some reason, I had no idea husband was digging on polenta. I LOVE polenta because it's super easy and cheesy (hee hee). I cooked this polenta with milk, tofu cheese and tofu cream cheese, salt and pepper. Creamy dreamy. I will stop rhyming now.
Polenta served with pan fried turkey kielbasa, steamed spinach dressed with vinegar and marinara sauce.
For dessert, cherry apple crumbler.
