This was a hodge podge meal if ever there was one: organic green beans (yes, they're frozen), turkey meatballs with melted tofu "cheddar" cheese that I put on top of this weird veggie mash I made that husband loved (it's a combo of peas, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli which I blended with a bit of tomato sauce and Romano cheese). Oh, and potato chips.
Oh, and caramelized apples (that means I almost burned them) with crushed hazelnuts for dessert.
