Husband's lunch: Trader Joe's chicken burrito, refried beans and veggies, all covered with melted tofu cheese.
Husband's dinner: tuna salad salad with avocado, spinach, cucumber and tomatoes with a dijon vinaigrette.
What else husband ate that I did not photograph: dried mango, cherries, Dijon potato chips, and two weird chocolate health cookies that Austin got in his triathlon goodie bag.
