Halibut


This plate looks kind of sad. But it got good marks: broiled halibut with garlic lemon butter, steamed veggies and yam mash.

Husband has requested more fish, so there you have it. I've been buying wild caught, American frozen fish and it's been great; way fresher than the "fresh" fish at the grocery store (all they do is thaw what was frozen and let it sit in a case). I simply thaw one piece in the fridge 24 hours before I cook it. No fishy smell and lots of nutrition for husband.
