The making of the lamb stew was not stressful. Living in this house with my stress and husband's stress makes me want to leave. So heavy. Hope there is something on the other side of this. Hope there's another side of this. Trusting that.
Back to the stew. Carmelized a bunch of onion in olive oil, salt, pepper and cumin. Added carrots, broccoli and tomatoes (oh, and lamb, duh). Simmered away on the stove for 2 hours and voila. Stressed out lamb stew. Yummy.
I served this to husband with roasted potatoes.
Mine: cucumber, broccoli, cheese, nuts and yep, there's that ice cream again. This time, I enjoyed it with some Honey Bunches Of Oats.
