Cashewnutty Oatmeal Chews. Haven't tried them yet, but they were devoured at the gathering I went to last night. Good sign.

This was a sample plate I prepared for my beautiful new friend, Rachel.
She was the best little tester I've had! She smelled, tasted, cleansed her palate and cleaned her plate! Also gave positive, and honest feedback. The chocolate midnight cookies are still not quite there (totally agree). We will not settle for less than dynamite, will we? Back to the oven I go...
