I was beyond thrilled to receive this care package from the good folks at NuNaturals. These products will be used in my quest to bring healthy DELICIOUS sweet treats to the masses.
Stevia has a bit of a bad rep when it comes to baking, and NuStevia has taken on the challenge and developed Stevia Sweetened Baking Blend. It keep desserts vegan and sugar-free, without that distinct stevia aftertaste (which is slightly bitter).
I will be baking with it for the first time this week, so stay tuned...
