Chocolate Cookie Batch Number ?

Ok, flavor is locked down, texture is ALMOST there, and that's the feedback I'm getting, although these would be awesome as a sandwich with vegan vanilla "buttercream" in the middle, like a vegan Oreo. Or mint buttercream, or peanut butter icing...all is not lost.


Close. Very close. Any requests for add-ins? I'm thinking vegan chocolate chips, dried cherries and walnuts.
