Husband (and I) are the mad worker bees these days. We're not sleeping well because of the heat, and we're moving in a week...no wonder I went to my client's house without my massage table.
Mine: cucumber (consumed while making dinner), broccoli, cheese, nuts, 1 chocolate cookie (business purposes) and a Chocolate Peppermint Stick Luna Bar (checking the competition).

60 minute Yogaglo with Jo. Again. Lifesaver is she.
