"Raw" Cookies: A Mrs. Mandy First

I saw this recipe on Run, Eat, Repeat this morning and walked to the store, immediately, for cocoa powder. It could not be simpler:

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup raw almond butter
1/3 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
pinch of good quality salt (I used gray mineral salt)

Mix in a bowl, shape and refrigerate!

I wanted to eat the entire bowl of this stuff. It reminded me of raw brownie dough (we have quite a past). I was too freaked out to even taste it. These will be for husband.

Here's the caloric breakdown:

Total recipe: 1430 calories
Per serving (8 servings total): 179

Saturday workout: 3 mile run. Love to run early on a weekend, especially a holiday weekend. So peaceful.
