Sausage With Polenta


I took the sausage and peppers husband ordered but did not eat from Earth, Wind and Flour on Sunday and served it with cheesy polenta and sauteed broccoli and cauliflower. I even got extra fancy and topped the dish with some homegrown baby basil. That's how I roll.



Mine: cucumber, broccoli, cheese, nuts and dried pineapple.
