My dad sent me these pictures of their Easter celebration in Ann Arbor (my hometown). My mom is genius at making beautiful tablescapes. Above is a lovingly decorated coconut cake (cake courtesy of Zingerman's Bakehouse). Love the pink shell plates, mama!
Close-up of the cake. Did you hand dye the coconut? Are those jelly bean eggs?
I believe the menu was roast leg of lamb, mashed potatoes and peas. Am I missing anything?
