I haven't made this for awhile, so it seemed special. And the Oscars are pretty special, at least in our house. So we had our guest over (that's one guest, Ms. Marnie, who we love very much), had some wine and (surprisingly) thoroughly enjoyed Hugh and most of the show, although I'm still bummed about Penelope winning best supporting actress. I so wanted either Viola Davis or Taraji Henson to win. Now I need to see Vicky Cristina Barcelona I guess.
Simple green salad: Romaine lettuce, orange, yellow and red baby bell peppers, cucumber and broccoli slaw tossed in a light Caesar dressing.
