Steak salad

Husband had his writing partner, Dirk, over for a session.  I was off to Cori's girls only pajama wine and cheese party, so I whipped this up real quick and headed up the street to have some fun.

Salad:  warm sirloin steak, organic greens, Persian cucumber, heirloom tomato, tofu cheese, cashews, almonds, pecans, and dried cranberries tossed with a pomegranate vinaigrette.  Fancy.
