So sorry my lovely readers. I have been slammed with projects and we had our first visit to our accountant (hello, combined tax return, need a Xanax) so here is, umm, Tuesday's dinner? It's all a mad blur.
Husband's organic burger with tofu cheese, tater tots and a pear/apple sauce.
Mine: cucumber, green beans, cheese, nuts and dried pineapple.
I signed up for culinary school yesterday! Yippee. I will be taking you along, and hopefully husband's menu will expand (and MAYBE even mine, that's a big maybe).
