Fried chicken!

This was a good one.  I took chicken thighs with skin and tossed them with an entire packet of organic Alfredo dry spice packet (I also added a little Romano cheese).  It came out super crispy and cheesy.  Served with broccoli and my soon to be famous yam mash.

Mine:  green beans, cheese, nuts and dried pineapple.
