Improv Mexicasserole: layered low carb tortillas with a mixture of refried beans, black beans, chopped onion, chopped steak, light cream cheese, chopped tomato and diced tofu cheese. Sprinkled mixture with cumin and stirred some more. Topped with tofu cheese and baked at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Served with peeled cucumber and homemade applesauce for a sugar-free dessert.
