Here's what my salad was made of: organic spring greens, chopped romaine, sweet peppers, cucumber, onion, goat cheese, dried cherries and roasted, salted cashews. What's not to love, right? Maybe it was the dressing: fat free balsamic.
One of the weird parts was the nuts; I know for a fact these nuts are very salty, however once they were tossed with the dressing, they were tasteless.
The mystery continues.
