WARNING: not the same meal!

Every once in a while, I will step outside of my fear box and eat something different.  Today was one of those days.  Yes, it was about 150 more calories, but I did two Jillian Michaels DVD workouts, so it's cool.

What you have here is broccoli in low-fat cheese sauce (bought it in frozen section, no recipe here), Lays "light" potato chips, low-fat sour cream dip I made with a packet of dry ranch dressing mix, and an organic pear.  I guess all that talk of the no-protein-bad-old-days got me in the mood.  Or seeing the same meal over and over again on this blog.  This could be the start of a revolution.  Stay tuned!
