Broiled salmon on top of some leftover black bean mango salad, cooked and raw veggies, and fried banana for dessert.
Organic burger with two kinds of tofu cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup and mustard on a low carb English muffin. Side of salt and vinegar potato chips, raw veggies and lemon cookies (leftover from the wedding) for dessert.
