Turkey sausage with mixed peppers and onions, low-carb bagel (we are loving the low-carb bread products...kinda sweet and loaded with soy protein and fiber), and yet another salad with cucumber, garbanzo beans and a bit of soy cheese. Cantaloupe for dessert.
My turkey-spinach balls with mixed veggies and tomato sauce over brown rice pasta. And the ever-present tofu cheese.
Tamale pie. Leftover roasted chicken, shredded with cheese, corn, olives, onions, carrots and broccoli. Layered corn tortillas, salsa and more cheese and baked in the oven. Not bad.
Went out for Thai to somewhere on Hollywood Blvd. Could not tell you the name of the place. The company was wonderful; a friend from the Bookshop Ad Copy class and her lifelong friend (and fellow foodie). This was a soft tofu and pork soup. Very flavorful broth.
What was left of my Spring roll. Tasty, but not memorable.
