Another Cool Lunch On Another Hot Day
Today's lunch: cucumbers, blueberry yogurt love with Honey Bunches Of Oats, and 3 Nutty Chews (2 Lemon, 1 Chocolate).
Wednesday workout: 40 minutes elliptical at the gym, split between two different types of elliptical machines (to help the boredom factor). The older I get, the less I enjoy going to the gym. I think as I trust my body and its rhythms more, I don't need to go to the gym to be "motivated". As long as I listen to what my body wants (and it almost always wants to move in some way), working out is a joy. A joy I do mostly from home or in the great outdoors.
