Working Out With Food In My Old Room

I have been running and yogaing this entire "workation". I needed to switch it up a bit so I put Tracy Effinger's Squeeze Stronger DVD in the little Macbook, grabbed my mom's two pound weights and various weighty non-perishables, and was ready to go.

This was the mirror I used to check my form. Yes, I worked out in pajama pants. And no shoes. Rebel.

It went great. My legs are jelly.
