Sunday (I'm About To Turn 33)
Husband's lunch: tuna salad salad. I think the hummus dressing (thinned out some garlic hummus with a touch of rice wine vinegar and water) looks delicious. I topped this with raw cashews, post pic.
Husband's dinner: crispy curry chicken thighs, spicy smashed yams with Earth Balance and steamed veggies.
For some reason, I didn't photograph my food today. Probably because it consisted mostly of cookies from yesterday's baking extravaganza. I'm happy with the progress I'm making. The cookies aren't quite there yet, but they are showing big potential, especially the almond butter cookie...kind of obsessed.
Did I mention these cookies are vegan AND gluten free AND sugar free? Yah, kinda psyched.
Sunday workout: hardcore with Eva Barrington at Gold's Gym, Venice.

That's 33. I was 25 when I met husband. Feel better, look worse. I said this thought out loud and husband's response was, "you're still pretty hot". Ahh, well. We'll give him points for honesty because I was so obviously and pathetically fishing.
