Peanut butter attempt number one. They looked gorgeous. Lovely flavor but texture was way too fluffy. Less flour? More peanut butter? Vegan is simple, but not easy, folks.
Lemon batch from yesterday. Flavor really good, but guess what? Too cakey. Maybe I'm supposed to make vegan cakes...?
