I was very jealous of this salad. Spinach, cucumber, heirloom tomato, crumbled blue corn chips, Monterrey jack cheese, re fried beans and ground buffalo with lots of chili seasonings.
I had a ritual meal too boring to photograph. What I really wanted was pizza and I still want pizza...serious cravings tonight. I promise if I indulge I will totally document.
