After a lovely trip back from Ohio (where I forgot to take food pics, again), mom asked to try her very first
Green Monster. I happily traipsed into the kitchen where I whipped up the following:
1 teaspoon vanilla rice protein powder
1 teaspoon peanut butter
2 chunks frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
dash of stevia
2 cups fresh spinach
She loved it. Need to make her one tomorrow. Or maybe dad...
