Diner Breakfast

I had pancakes with sugar-free syrup and 1 teaspoon of real butter at Mark's Midtown Coney Island. My parents come here every Sunday. It's a ritual. Figured the sugar-free syrup would make up my chemical quota for the day. The cakes were nothing special and supposedly the best thing they make for breakfast. Not making a return trip with the folks. If I'm going to indulge in a carb fest, it better be good!

Dad's eggs scrambled easy with crisp bacon and two pancakes. He used real fake syrup and Country Crock.

Mom's sunny side up eggs, sausage, hash browns and rye toast.

Sunday workout: 3 mile run through downtown Ann Arbor
