Wednesday Breakfast. Yes, breakfast!


I know I SHOULD eat at least 3 times a day. Most of the time I only eat twice, so I can have two BIG meals, which I know is not optimal. Baby steps...

I think because I've been taking some risks with my food (in a good way) of late, new ideas and willingness has organically popped up. Yesterday, I was hungry and suddenly decided that breakfast would be a good idea (who knew?). I toasted myself a low carb Great Western wheat bagel and covered it with light cream cheese and strawberry spreadable fruit. Perfection.

Will she do it again?
