Husband wasn't hungry for dinner (?) so I ordered my usual from Earth, Wind and Flour and enjoyed it while watching House with non-eating husband. I guess he had dairy which makes him not hungry for several days or something? This is me, pretending not to be annoyed by food sensitive husband. How am I doing?
I order my salad chopped and instead of using their dressing I use half low fat Ranch (Trader Joe's) and half fat-free Balsamic (Trader Joe's). Then I have nuts for dessert.
Husband ate two bananas at 9pm and went to sleep.
Workout: none. Bad cramps.
