This is husband's latest thing: soy milk. He figured out that the vanilla soy milk I was buying him tasted so good because it has sugar in it (um...yea). So he requested unsweetened soy milk. Then he tasted it. He was open to other options. I suggested he add some vanilla stevia. And a tiny pinch of cinnamon. It is now the main staple of his conscious eating days.
It's quite cute. He eats like a little boy: cereal, bananas, cashews and lots of soy milk, with stevia.
Here's the salmon salad I made that he ate one bite of. He did manage to choke down dessert.
