Impromptu bread pudding for husband. He deserved dessert. I tore up a low carb cinnamon bagel, covered the bread with an egg, vanilla soymilk, vanilla stevia and cinnamon mixture. Threw in some blueberries and baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Topped with a dollop of butter. He likey.
Mine: cucumbers, green beans, cheese, nuts and dried pineapple.
