The spread was five kinds of cheese (Vermont cheddar, Canadian cheddar, jack, Havarti and Gouda), assorted crackers, sliced Asian pears, three varieties of grapes and dark and milk chocolate covered almonds.
I learned that catering is very involved and detail oriented, which is good for me but I was surprised how long it took to shop, prep, gather serving materials, cut flowers...and I wasn't even cooking anything.
Can't wait to do it again!
