It appears that Cosi is a wannabe Panera. This was my bruschetta salad: mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion, cannellini beans, grilled chicken and Parmesan cheese with fat-free balsamic dressing. This was a good salad. I liked it better than Panera, which isn't saying a lot, but it is saying something. 
Sorry. I was starving and forgot to snap my "meatball aurora". It was a meatball sub, but instead of sub bread it was "cosi" bread which was a combination of pita bread and a Hot Pocket. The meatball was actually very good and the rest was meh.Verdict: Panera beats Cosi for sandwiches, Cosi beats Panera for salads.
