I love working from home. Except for the flies. We have these days where we (we meaning I; Ev boy is being genius elsewhere) experience copious amounts of flies despite screens, shut and locked windows and natural, organic bug spray. Creepy.After yoga, stamp buying, Kinkos copying, eye doctor appointment and writing revisions, I took a moment out for a ritual meal: raw cucumber and celery, microwave roasted broccoli (what is this you ask? Simply frozen broccoli cooked beyond an inch of its life, which mocks a roasted, almost caramelized flavor.), string cheese, nuts and dried California apricots.
