For lunch, husband will enjoy a turkey and roast beef wrap:
1. Brown rice wrap is slathered with garlic and artichoke hummus
2. Add one slice white cheddar tofu cheese
3. Sliced turkey and roast beef
4. Any marinated veggies (I used artichokes, mushrooms and tomatoes) and a bit of lettuce
Make sure you put the ingredients on the left side of the wrap in a line, so you can wrap the contents like a cigar. Then put a butt load of plastic wrap around it and it should hold.
Wrap served with a tofu string cheese and some raisins.
