Goodbye, Bend. Home is good.

Finally feeling better, we decided to hit up McMenamins again. Yep, same salad. Along with the same pizza and fish 'n chips. We're creatures of habit.

And we're back. LA. We decided to give ourselves a few days to acclimate. This was wise. I started my reprogramming with a ritual meal: broccoli, salad and strawberries. Oh...and I'm off ALL diet soda, caffeine or no. I'm all about herbal iced tea. My body is becoming a holy vessel.

"Light" garlic bread we saw in the frozen food section. It looks better than it tasted. I used it for croutons later, and that worked.

Salmon pasta for the husband. Awww.
