And we're back. LA. We decided to give ourselves a few days to acclimate. This was wise. I started my reprogramming with a ritual meal: broccoli, salad and strawberries. Oh...and I'm off ALL diet soda, caffeine or no. I'm all about herbal iced tea. My body is becoming a holy vessel.
"Light" garlic bread we saw in the frozen food section. It looks better than it tasted. I used it for croutons later, and that worked.
