Tonight was an avocado burger with two kinds of tofu cheese, baked yam and sweet potato with cinnamon pecan butter and the good old mixed veggies. Got a big thumbs up on the burger. This is one protein I know how to not overcook.
It's Wednesday and it feels like Wednesday.
Had a dream last night, Tom Colicchio from Top Chef was in it and I ate a brownie, a lemon bar and a tart. Was trying to look like a good foodie or something.
What does that mean???
