I had some leftover salmon, which I decided to flake into hot quinoa pasta. I put some fresh baby spinach in the bottom of this pasta bowl. I boiled some water, added the pasta and threw in some broccoli and cauliflower florets during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drained the water and dumped the pasta and veggies over the spinach, which wilted with the heat. Flaked in the salmon, added a generous dollop of butter, parmesan, salt and pepper. Amazing.
Husband inhaled this. I'm allergic to fish...
