I think this mac and cheese has four kinds of tofu cheese in it (cheddar, mozzarella, bleu, Parmesan). It even has tofu "sour cream". Guess what? Does not taste cheesy. It tastes creamy, and okay, but not cheesy. Any ideas, Miss V?
This was husband's Monday dinner. This week has flown by and I've felt simultaneously overly busy and like I've accomplished nothing. And I think I have a bladder infection. Lovely.
I had my new ritual meal=cucumber, broccoli, nuts, cheese and 2 "bars". Because I am crazy.
