Chicken Ravioli


This was husband's dinner on Sunday. I've been a bad blogger. It's the beginning of the month and I usually get lots of new work, which means I neglect my little blog that I love so much. Now I have to try to remember what I did on Sunday...

This was leftover chicken ravioli from Earth, Wind and Flour with steamed veggies, tofu "Parmesan" cheese and micro basil from my kitchen herb garden. I had my usual.

I was very tired on Sunday and took a two hour nap. Mysterious. Then I was groggy. Not mysterious. Oh! I cooked meals for the week: meatballs, pasta bake, cleaned loads of veggies, etc.
