Husband did not inhale his entire pad thai noodle ball on Saturday (that was me).  I decided to untangle the ball (which amazingly had mostly untangled itself) and stir fried it with fresh veggies and a piece of flounder I flash cooked in garlic, soy sauce and lemon.  I also chopped some peanuts to sprinkle on top.  I thought it might be kind of authentic-ish.  Husband said it tasted really healthy.
Mine:  broccoli, cucumber, cheese, nuts and dried pineapple.
