Sunday lunch for husband:  leftover chicken noodle soup with bread and melty tofu cheese.  I put the bread and cheese at the bottom of the bowl and then pour the hot soup over.  
My lunch:  cucumber, broccoli, cheese, nuts and dried pineapple.  After lunch, we worked on taxes.  We're still not done (combining finances, being freelancers and filing jointly makes for a mighty confusing return).
