Halibut, roasted tomatoes and cheesy pasta


I broiled the halibut steak with some garlic, lime juice and butter.  Served with oven roasted tomatoes with Romano cheese and brown rice pasta shells that I tossed with two kinds of tofu cheese, a splash of tomato sauce and steamed green beans.


Mine:  cucumber, broccoli, string cheese, nuts and dried pineapple.  Still.  Yep.
