That right there is what they call at El Torito a "sweet corn cake". It's kind of like the center of a piece of very moist corn bread. It is sweet and has whole pieces of corn. I could bathe in this stuff. Luckily the portion they serve is just enough as I'm sure it's full of butter.

Austin is not the biggest eater. He said he was "really" hungry, so instead of ordering his customary single chicken enchilada, he ordered two. Alas, he only ate one.
