This chili had been chillin' in the freezer for months. I was worried when I thawed it that it would be inedible, but no! Husband loved it! I couldn't tell you what I put in it (don't remember). I topped the bowl with some tofu cheese and whipped up a tomato and cucumber salad, which he added to the chili for a little hot/cold adventure. Creative husband.

Mine: broccoli, cheese, nuts and dried pineapple.
