I made husband a steak enchilada bake the other day. He said it was too beany so I browned some ground beef, added taco seasoning and poured that over the beany bake. Topped it with tofu cheese and homemade guac. Now he likey. Served with green beans and applesauce. 
Mine: broccoli, cheese, nuts and two fruit bars.
