What was packed

Breakfast:  Muscle Milk bar and a apple, green grape and blueberry salad with a bit of lime juice.

Lunch:  Roast beef and honey turkey with white cheddar tofu cheese on a low carb bagel with greens, hummus, mustard and mayo (ew, only because he loves it).

Snacks:  raw veggies and raisins
