Greetings! So glad you are here. You will find here photos and thoughts of what I eat, what I want to eat and what I feed others. I am a huge fan of photos and less a fan of a lot of text, so I hope not to bore you.
For our first day together, I am going to reveal what it is I plan to eat for today:
Breakfast: 2 pieces of stringcheese cut in small circles to be eaten in the car on my way to work after "hard core" class at Gold's Gym.
Lunch: 1/4 cup of mixed nuts (current obsession) and 1 apple to be eaten at my desk at work (very busy, moving next Friday).
Dinner: big, huge bowl of roasted broccoli, sliced turkey with mustard, string cheese, mixed nuts (yes, again), dried pineapple rings.
What I plan to serve my gorgeous fiance for dinner: chicken burrito, mixed veggies, refried beans with cheddar cheese, chips and salsa.
